About Scandlines

Scandlines offers three high frequency routes between Germany, Denmark and Sweden.

Over 50 services are operated every day on the 45 minute link between Puttgarden & Rodby and there are more than 150 sailings every day on the 20 minute hop between Helsingor & Helsingborg. Landbridge rates covering both routes are available.

The 1 hour connection between Rostock & Gedser is maintained by up to ten sailings every day and, once again, landbridge rates are available covering both ferry crossings on the Rostock - Helsingborg route.

With Scandlines, all vans exceeding 3500kg must be booked as freight.

If your van is under 3500kg, please visit our passenger website's Scandline Ferries page.

On board Scandlines

A sailing with Scandlines gives freight drivers the opportunity for rest and recreation. On the short crossings freight drivers even have the opportunity to take a refreshing shower.

There are video and TV lounges and cinemas and, on some vessels, there's even the chance to enjoy a sauna.
