Isle of Man Steam Packet ferries operate throughout the year with multi-purpose and freight roll-on/roll off vessels between Heysham and the Isle of Man, thereby providing the key freight link between mainland UK and the Isle of Man.
The company also operates fast craft services to Liverpool from April to October and conventional weekend services during the winter. Extra ferry sailings are scheduled during times of high demand such as the TT period. The Isle of Man TT Race Festival takes place every year late in May/early June.
